I loved all the features, but it is too big and is not complimentary on a ladies arm.

I've owned front load washers for 15 years...I went for a top load, but couldn't pass up the deal on this one...someone returned it and i got it for a steal...it's very quiet and runs nicely...so far, i love it! It's super easy to use and figure out without the manual...I love that you can turn off the signal sound too!

Bought this for my step dad and he loves it. It replaced the fitbit flex I bought for him. He likes that the guards at the prison let him take it through security as well. He's an alcoholic and he keeps going to jail. He really likes the HR monitor.

This purchase has been the perfect item for me to track my walking and other exercise after double knee replacement a little over one year ago. It is also a decent watch. I love the Fitbit application on my iPhone. One of my best purchases ever!

I love this "fitness tracker". Seems weird, but it's such a good product that I don't notice it. I've never had issues with the mechanics of this watch. I have had to swap it out 3 times because there was issues with the band. Inter-changable ones might help someday. Otherwise it is does it's job well and continuously.

This is my second fit bit, a good upgrade, the accuracy of mileage on the treadmill could be better but all else is good.

Nice watch serves its purpose. Watch is on the larger side. Setup was easy as well.

Very good tracking of my workouts and activities. I like that it has a GPS and that I sync it to my phone when I want to track my stats.

It was a gift for a friend. I have one myself and it is a great motivator. It promotes competition between self and others and is a tremendous fitness tool. I wish it was smaller and not so bulky. It can actually be uncomfortable and difficult to pull your sleeve over. Overall the benefits outweigh the flaws.

For a first timer I truly love this Fitbit surge. It has everything for a person whose losing weight. But do not buy the scale that goes with the Fitbit. It is too complicated to set up.

This is by far the best fitness tracker I have come across - interactive customer support and motivational training tools built in. I live by this device and can't believe I ever lived without it. I strongly recommend this device to others.

When I first bought this item, I thought I wasn't going to like because it was too big. Turns out, it's a perfect fit.

My fiancé bought me a Fitbit Flex for Christmas a year ago and it stopped taking a charge. I had seen the Surge and immediately wanted one but already had a Flex. Well, when the Flex died I used my extended plan to get a new one...then I paid the difference and upgraded it to the Surge. What a great decision...I love it! I also have an iWatch but the Surge is my "go to" watch when I hit the gym. Great device and very useful. Besides my iWatch I have several other fairly nice watches. But the Surge is the only one I wear every day!!

I LOVE my surge!! And the fitbit company is Amazing!! My band broke and they sent me a brand new surge in 3 days to alaska!!! NO CHARGES! WOW!!

Bought this for my husband for Christmas. Since he has retired he has been walking and golfing more. He was very excited to start using the Fitbit Surge. He liked how easy the set up went. He also loves tracking everything. Great gift!

I heard somewhere they say It's a Fitness Super Watch. After Using it for a month or so, I couldn't agree more. There are many smart watches in market, but if you are looking for Sports watch, yes this is a Best watch available in Market.

Although not grossly overweight I lost, so far, 10 lbs. Started eating better as I log all meals. Watch calories intake vs calories burnt better. Dropped triglyceride and cholesterol counts by 100 (triglycerides) & 50 (cholesterol).

I really like the GPS function and the heartrate monitor. The only complaint was with my first one, the wristband started to split and eventually ripped apart. Fortunately I had purchased the extended coverage and was able to replace the watch. This is my second one and so far the band is holding together.
