Has been recording a high heart rate when it’s not being worn. It has given me high readings at times and has caused me a lot of anxiety. Now that this is happening I’m not sure I can trust it to give accurate information.

I like the color of my Fitbit Versa 2, and I like that I can personalize my watch face. The only thing I don’t like is I can’t receive text messages or make calls from my watch.

Screen just fell off in less than 2 years of everyday use. No damage prior. Warranty is conveniently just 1 year. Warranty should be longer/ fitbit should make longer lasting products.

It’s a great action watch but don’t drop it. I was putting it on one day when it slipped off and hit the ground. The screen broke easy and I didn’t think it would break this easy so I didn’t think I’d need the warranty, now I’m stuck with a useless watch I just purchased not too long ago. I suggest you purchase a warranty for it if you are thinking of purchasing this.

The band broke me out. I have been using Fitbit since 2015 and never had this happen. There are also syncing issues with the phone app. This is too expensive to have these issues.

The battery life is great!!! This is the next best fitbit I have owned

I LOVED the FitBit Versa 2 when I first bought it. Then on Christmas my band broke. I’ve since bought a replacement band and trying to fix it is beyond frustrating. In fact frustrating enough that I’ll never own another Fitbit product again nor shop at Best Buy again - where I’ve spent $25,000 + over the last decade. I’ll be switching to an Apple Watch and will absolutely be expecting my money back from Best Buy

While it functions as reported, it should be better. The charging adapter is awkward and does not always seat properly and charge the device. You can answer the phone with it, but the speaker and microphone on the watch can not be used for the phone call.... that's just silly. The screen is very fragile, and shattered while getting into my car and tapping the door with it. The phone and watch finder are useful. I would not buy this again.

I purchased my versa 2 in July of 2020. Fitbit filled a warranty claim for a bad screen for me in April of 2021. This is my 3rd damaged screen where it goes real dim or looks like the "off the air" screen on TV's back in the day. They no longer stand behind their product and are offering a discount on a "new watch". Moving on to a different brand or back to no watch at all.

Has issue when the battery goes below 18%. Has to be hard re rebooted. The first time I had to get help wit the fit bit team, the second time I was able to do it my self but the third time I will have not been able to do it so I will be calling them again. Looks like I will be upgrading to the Apple Watch. This was my 2nd FitBit Watch. It’s too bad Best Buy doesn’t have the PSP for it any more.

1. The design is identical to an Apple Watch. And that’s why it’s called the “Apple Watch of Android”. 2. The screen has excellent contrast and brightness. Stunning viewing capability on sunny day outside. 3. Always-On-Display is simply amazing. 4. It’s comfortably light weighted. 5. Fitbit is great in analyzing your health related data. 6. Various Third-party apps are coming forward for Fitbit interfaces like Spotify, Uber, Starbucks etc. Its no full but have a potential consider Google’s acquisition. 7. There is no speaker. Alexa can’t prompt answer to your questions, instead it answers in text. 8. This one is claimed to be water-proof. 9. Some other features like the Relax app, movement reminders and step counters are all very useful. There are other exercises and work out trackers also. 10. The other heath features like activity trackers, heart rate, distance travel, calories burned are all mostly accurate and effective. Fitbit made it very user-friendly. 11. one should easily get around 3 days of battery life. May be more if on low usage.

Will not pick up heart rate, the Alexa never works returning for charge 4 or Samsung had a Samsung it was perfect just old and out dated. Also had a Fitbit 3 it worked but right after the year was up the screen starts to fade and no help from Fitbit.

Band has already broken. It has been a little over a month.
