I bought this to sync with the MyFitnessPal app...I don't feel it was accurate in estimating my calories burned and I know it was wrong counting my steps.

I am done with fit bit trackers. I bought three of the zip trackers two just stopped working and I lost one. i bought them for my granddaughters and daughter in law and theirs performed poorly as well. no more fit bits for me or my family. I will wait until a reliable one comes on the market.

The only problem I have with it is it keeps coming out of the case. I have lost it twice but thankfully have been able to find it.

While this product does what it says, it was not the best choice for me. I exchanged it for a wrist band type which I really enjoy.

My step count is usually several thousand more than my moto 360, I'm unsure of which is correct so I average the two.

The Fitbit zip is a great alternative to the charge or other like products but I still feel it is overpriced.

This is perfect for a first time. "Trial run" for a tracker. Seems like it eventually stops tracking steps.

Worked great for about two years then quit working completely.

Bought this because it was cheaper than the Fitbit one and I really didn't care about having the sleep tracker. Step count wasn't accuracte. It counted steps as I was driving down the road. Returned this one and exchanged it for the Fitbit One.

This product is pretty good. Not great. It is not all that accurate. Good for a kid.

The instructions were too brief for someone like me who is not really a wiz on technology. Syncing one of the FitBits was a problem. When I finally got it synced, it still did not register the steps correctly, and it did not clear at midnight. My daughter had purchased a dual pack a couple months ago and had very similar problems. I finally took the FitBit dual pack back to Best Buy and got a refund. Then I purchased a single FitBit, the exact same one as in the dual, and it has been working fine. There's something wrong with the dual packs.

Not sure steps calculate properly. Wish I had calculate sleep but I didn't get it.

Overall, it functions as advertised though I think the steps are a little optimistic.

I bought my Fitbit 2/1/2014. It's a good little activity tracker. Pretty accurate. I really like that you can keep track of calories in vs calories out. The only negative I have is the battery life. It came with a battery...which lasted about 2 months. I replaced it...and that lasted about 2 months. I'm now on my 3rd battery...they're not cheap either. It IS a good tracker...but next time the battery dies, I'll probably replace it with a Flex. I WOULD recommend this product.
