Customers are saying

Customers admire the Zip Wireless Activity Tracker's ease of use, small size, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate its motivational features and find it reasonably priced. However, some users point to inconsistent battery life and a display that can be difficult to read as drawbacks. The limited feature set compared to more expensive models is also a recurring concern.

Previously, I had a fit bit and wore it everyday till I lost it. Then I replaced it with the one I have now, which won't sync so all the numbers, time, date, steps, everything is incorrect!

I will likely return and purchase Fitbit One as it appears more reliable. Disappointed with customer service. They do not read message and provide canned responses. Know many people are having syncing problems like I am having.

The print on this device is dark so not much contrast. Now needing readers, I cannot read it at all unless I get my glasses on and am in an area that is not too bright. Plan to return it.

Tried several times to download the program needed to operate Fitbit, but kept getting an error message. Returned product in frustration and went with an old-school pedometer.

You're better off spending a little extra and getting the fitbit with the screen or upgrade to an apple watch!

I'm still VERY interested in a step-tracking device, but will wait for one I can wear on my wrist. This silly little thing was difficult to put onto my clothing, fell off into my bra and while it synced up easily, wasn't user friendly enough. I belong to an organization that requests we daily track our activity and levels of fitness. Your little button tracker sounded like a good idea, but is just too small.

I bought two of these and both failed miserably. On three different days it showed at I had burned calories and walked a certain amount of steps as it sat on the counter. My wife's did pretty much the same. Wouldn't waste my money again on such garbage. Kudo's to Best Buy for promptly refunding my money.

Wouldn't remain linked to Galaxy S3. I had hoped it would work at least for distance for biking. It doesn't. Evidently it works by vibration as your feet hit the ground. Useless for biking, although it might work great for jogging or walking. It should be pointed out in the details. No problem with return. Got a bike computer online that was cheaper and does more.
