Customers are saying
Customers admire the Zip Wireless Activity Tracker's ease of use, small size, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate its motivational features and find it reasonably priced. However, some users point to inconsistent battery life and a display that can be difficult to read as drawbacks. The limited feature set compared to more expensive models is also a recurring concern.

Too Invasive for a pedometer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wanted access to my FB account info to include friends. Alternative was my google mail info to include contacts info. Nope. This is ridiculous. I just want a pedometer. At $50 I should be able to use this without giving out information. Will be returned.

Poor Qulaity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'll start by saying I love my Ultra Fitbit so I was excited to replace the ultra for something cheaper and that used Bluetooth to sync with my phone- I was disappointed! The syncing only works when I remember to do it manually on my phone (not automatic like I thought), so if i don't do it right before bed, all my data from the previous day is lost. The ultra has the ability to 'remember' data for 14 days, so syncing every night isn't as much of an issue. Could be user error, and if so- then they need better directions! The quality and touch screen just aren't that great. I'll either go back to the ultra or wait for the One, to see if its better quality.

Not accurate and overly sensitive.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While the small size is a definite plus, the fact that how it estimates calories and distance is very disappointing. Just by putting in the battery according to the fitbit I burned 564 calories! The Fitbit comes with a silicon case to protect it from the weather/sweat but because I juggle it a little getting it on, the Fitbit counted that as several steps. Which isn't a big thing except there is no way to zero out the counter. I couldn't find anything on the FitBit site either. You just have to wait until the next day.

Good Product, Bad Website
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used the Fitbit Zip for a couple of years. I have loved it. However, the Fitbit website has recently been changed and no longer gives you the ability your total steps over time. When feedback on their community boards requested to bring this back they responded that they would inform the community "if" it would be returned. When many people posted urging it to be fixed, Fitbit then said it should be fixed in a few weeks. My company gives incentives on our heatlh insurance based on total steps in a year. Right now, Fitbit has no way to total those for you. Not good enough.
