Step count wasn't accuracte. It counted steps as I was driving down the road. Returned this one and exchanged it for the Fitbit One.

Did not work well

Syncing one of the FitBits was a problem. When I finally got it synced, it still did not register the steps correctly, and it did not clear at midnight. My daughter had purchased a dual pack a couple months ago and had very similar problems. I finally took the FitBit dual pack back to Best Buy and got a refund. Then I purchased a single FitBit, the exact same one as in the dual, and it has been working fine. There's something wrong with the dual packs.

Good for the Money

I really like that you can keep track of calories in vs calories out. The only negative I have is the battery life. It came with a battery...which lasted about 2 months. I replaced it...and that lasted about 2 months. I'm now on my 3rd battery...they're not cheap either. It IS a good tracker...but next time the battery dies, I'll probably replace it with a Flex. I WOULD recommend this product.
