Customers admire the Zip Wireless Activity Tracker's ease of use, small size, and accurate step tracking capabilities. Many appreciate its motivational features and find it reasonably priced. However, some users point to inconsistent battery life and a display that can be difficult to read as drawbacks. The limited feature set compared to more expensive models is also a recurring concern.

Previously, I had a fit bit and wore it everyday till I lost it. Then I replaced it with the one I have now, which won't sync so all the numbers, time, date, steps, everything is incorrect!

I will likely return and purchase Fitbit One as it appears more reliable. Disappointed with customer service. They do not read message and provide canned responses. Know many people are having syncing problems like I am having.

The print on this device is dark so not much contrast. Now needing readers, I cannot read it at all unless I get my glasses on and am in an area that is not too bright. Plan to return it.

I purchased the zip for my mother and the battery life is pretty terrible. I'm purchasing her the Fitbit One, which is great!

Tried several times to download the program needed to operate Fitbit, but kept getting an error message. Returned product in frustration and went with an old-school pedometer.

Despite promises that the FitBit would sync with my Galaxy S3, it did not.

I'm still VERY interested in a step-tracking device, but will wait for one I can wear on my wrist. This silly little thing was difficult to put onto my clothing, fell off into my bra and while it synced up easily, wasn't user friendly enough. I belong to an organization that requests we daily track our activity and levels of fitness. Your little button tracker sounded like a good idea, but is just too small.

You're better off spending a little extra and getting the fitbit with the screen or upgrade to an apple watch!

Not worth the money, bought the two pack and could only use one because it would not sync to my wife's android phone.

I bought two of these and both failed miserably. On three different days it showed at I had burned calories and walked a certain amount of steps as it sat on the counter. My wife's did pretty much the same. Wouldn't waste my money again on such garbage. Kudo's to Best Buy for promptly refunding my money.

Wouldn't remain linked to Galaxy S3. I had hoped it would work at least for distance for biking. It doesn't. Evidently it works by vibration as your feet hit the ground. Useless for biking, although it might work great for jogging or walking. It should be pointed out in the details. No problem with return. Got a bike computer online that was cheaper and does more.

This little Zip is fantastic! Tracks steps like a pro, and its compact size is quite nice. I hate wearing things on my wrist....so the clip and small size make it easy to clip anywhere.
Only downside? It goes thru CR2025 batteries like a hungry pup. I'll end up replacing every 2-3 weeks. This is after firmware upgrade and all,

I was thrilled to have this tracker and was motivated to increase my steps and reach new milestones. However, after one month of use it stopped working. It's not the battery so I'm thoroughly disappointed!!!

I used this product for 2 weeks before it fell literally from my pants pocket to the ground. After that it never worked again. Completely dead. And as small and slippery as this thing is, it is very easy to drop. Waste of my money for sure.

I love this product! It has been an amazing eye opener for me. I work from home and do online school which makes my lifestyle more sedentary than I would like it to be. The Fitbit zip has been an awesome motivator to keep me aware of my daily activity and to motivate me to reach my goals and keep active. The device itself is very accurate. As soon as I was able to put it on I had to count my steps and compare and it was always dead on. I took it for a walk and noticed the miles it calculated was a little less than the miles my Runkeeper app detected, but it wasn't enough to matter to me. I have also since updated my stride lengths on my Fitbit profile so it may be more accurate now. Obviously this device is just for tracking steps, distance and calories burned. It won't track your movement during workout such as cycling, yoga, etc because it tracks steps, not movement. I really love that Fitbit devices are able to be synced with so many awesome fitness apps, it is a major perk of this product. I have read reviews about problems with changing the screen. It has to be tapped, not touched. I have never had a problem with it. The device itself is very small, not much bigger than a quarter, it fits very snug into the clip and the clip is very tight so it stays put, which makes me less afraid of losing it. Overall, this is a great activity tracker and I highly recommend it.

I don't know what happened but it quit working 4 days after purchase and I returned it... It's very difficult for me to get to the store so I didn't want to take a chance on another one AND the GEEK squad protection service is like 1/4 the price??? Not worth it!!!
