Fantastic Fun! Great for kids

The host is young, knowledgeable and full of energy. My kids age 5 girl and 11 boy, just had a blast and got a good safe workout. The best part is that they ask for it just about everyday. It's good to start them on a fitness lifestyle early. A definite buy.
