I did not think there was a product that could help the common person with their computer, as I am not a computer geek. However, the FixMeStick is an easy to use product that aids my computer effectiveness.

Had a laptop used when in hospital over a year & half ago and got some virus or malware on it. Put it in the shelf and thought it was a goner but used this stick and computer is still usable even after being on the shelf that long. Love this stitch! Even got one for work. Yes

As stated it worked on cleaning one. But the other too infected. Bought the Annual Support Program and they have repaired it hopefully as I am to pick it up today..
