When I played this game, I was at a high eye age. I kept practicing and my eye age became better. I then started to notice, out side of the game, I am able to focus better and survey my surroundings better. I also enjoy the eye information you get when playing.

You know, believe or it not I like these types of games. I mean I love regulars ones too but things like brain age 1 and 2, and now this, I can't get enough of. This is completely different and refreshing, it trains your eyes not your brain. It improves reflexes and memory. Great game, seriously buy it.

I got this game for Christmas (with my DS) and I love it!! It has really improved my peripheral vision especially. The exercises are fun too, so it is more like playing a game then training your eyes. I recommend this to ANYONE!! :)

One of the very few "GAMES" with an fast learning curve
I had very poor eyesite from biirth.
I in my late 50's. I am legaly blind without my contacts or eyeglasses. I bought the Nintendo Ds lite just because of Brain Age 1 & 2, and Flash Focus. The 1st time using Flash Focus my eyeage was 82 now it is 39 after 4 months of use. (The best for this would be 20 yrs). It is better to use it in the mornig in s quite place as your body and mind are refreshed. This would be true for any "brain training"
One thing I tried is use "MORNING NAME" and "NIGHT NAME" to see if ther was any difference. When comparing the results the diferential was an average of 15 to 20 yr's older.
There is also a a game for inproving you vocabulary.
All 3 of the games give you pointers on how the to improve your skills

I have several other "brain games" but this is the one I come back to almost every day. Keeps you alert and entertained. Love to play baseball!

So the cover looks lame. I thought this game wouldn't be very good because of the brain age games. Well, I decided to take a risk and buy it. It's pretty fun. It is exactly what the title says. There are cool vision training games. I now take a break from brain age 1 and 2 and play flash focus every now and then.
