This is a cult classic that gives you comedy with a comic book feel that brings you back to the days of yester year.you will love how clear the picture has been digitally enhanced . It has excellent special features and is fun for the whole family.

I can’t add anything about Flash Gordon than what’s been said over the years since it’s release. Campy, dopey, silly, harmless, clunky…and so much more. But this 4K version is the best looking & sounding I’ve ever experienced with this one. Some fun extras by Arrow Video.

Like a good class of whine. It never gets old and improves with age. In a time where CGI was nonexistent, there was Flash Gordon and doesn’t hurt where a good sound track to add on by no other than Queen mixes perfectly with the movie and action scenes that go with it. Go Flash Go.

Arrow has put together one of the best 4K transfers to date. The close up shots are so clear it looks like it was filmed yesterday. There is definitely a major upgrade to the detail but where this 4K transfer shines is the HDR. Holy molly, the color in this movie is top notch!

This movie was made for 4K - the colors just pop with Dolby Vision, and you've got your choice of 2 different DTS HD Master Audio. As cheesy and campy as it is, and as much as it doesn't always make sense, I've always loved this film. The Queen soundtrack is incredible.

Music by Queen. Crazy sets and costumes. A lead actor who’s dubbed. 100% camp. Is it good? I’m not sure… but I love it. I saw it opening weekend in 1980 with my parents and they were mad they had to sit through it. Everyone my age had a great time. The disc looks and sounds great. Recommended so long as you know what you’re getting into

I remember watching this when I was young and still love it. It is campy, fun, and the cinematography and special effects for the time is really amazing. You also have great actors such as Max Von Sydow, Timothy Dalton and Brian Blessed that you have seen in countless other movies of varying genres. If you are a child of the 70's/80's, this is a must have in your collection.

I just bought this 4K Movie . It's the best movie of all time. The Soundtrack by Queen. Great camera work and actor and actress's in Flash Gordon a classic. Brings me back when my dad told me about Flash Gordon he saw at the movie theaters as cliff hangers when he was young.

Flash Gordon is one of those Guilty Pleasure movies. A cast of unknowns as well as some huge International stars. Cheesey,fun and loads of entertainment. Plus in the Steel Box Edition it is a great addition to your collection. This is a must own Sci-fi movie. Go Flash Go!

Great movie in blu-ray even better in 4K. 3 hours of of Bonus Features and deleted scenes on the included blu-ray disc. That's why I still buy discs. Hard to find that additional content through streaming.

This is one of my favorite guilty pleasures and the 4K HDR transfer has been handled with someone who loves this movie as much as I do. The colors pop, and while the film grain is intact, the clarity is outstanding. A must-buy for Flash Gordon fans.

An incredible deal on a fantastic cheesy but well done film from my youth, done right as a 4K home viewing treasure trove!! I will be watching this a few times to catch all this detail!!!

A film classic from my childhood somehow released on 4K. I do not know how 4K has been made possible for a 1980 film, though, 2020 reminds us all daily that anything is possible. I just really wish BEST BUY would have released Flash Gordon on SteelBook!

It's always nice to be able to move on up to a cleaner version of an absolute classic! This Flash Gordon blu-ray Best Buy Steelbook exclusive is a must-have for any 70s/80s kid. Enjoy the timeless classic along with the bonus features everyone craves.

I'm not a 4k expert, but this was a very clean transfer and was a lot of fun to see with bright, poppy colors. It was as much fun to watch now as when I was a kid, and maybe better with the 4k upgrade.

Arrow did a good job with the stereo and 5.1 remix of the audio. The picture is stellar as well. The packaging is great. It does not come with a digital code which is a bummer

Excellent HDR 4K transfer. Bright and sharp DolbyVision. Soundtrack was transferred well also. This is a fun movie from the comic strip sci-fi days of old brought to life in the living room. Campy, and enjoyable to watch.

One of my favorite comic book movies and again a great soundtrack from QUEEN doesn’t get any better movie is cheesy but in a good way don’t take to seriously it’ll be much more fun to watch

Once I found out Flash Gordon was getting a 4k release, I knew I had to have it. I was not disappointed! The colors jump off the screen and the audio is superb. If you loved the movie from your youth, do yourself a favor and pick this up!
