A bit of a mixed bag
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Season 3 of The Flash was fairly uneven. It felt like a step backward in a lot of ways, in terms of the characters' growth, and having a third major villain in a row be yet another speedster. But despite a weak and drawn-out overall story arc, there are some really good individual episodes, the special effects continue to be impressive, considering the television budget, and the majority of the cast is extremely likable, even when their characters are being obnoxious and boneheaded.
