I bought the Insignia case for my iPad Air when my 3-yr old magnetic cover came apart. The case works well. Provides an excellent base for standing the iPad on a flat surface for hands-free reading, use on video calls or conferences. Also gives a good hand-grip for holding it on your lap for reading. Once you get the hang of how it opens and folds, it takes about 5 seconds to set up. Two caveats: It's heavier than the magnetic case. Closing it does not put the iPad to sleep, so use the switch to save battery.

This case is better than a lot of them out there because the clips and elastic straps mean that any size and shape tablet will fit. The clips are small enough that they don't get in the way of the charging port or the buttons. It folds into a triangle with a large base that stays put very well. It doesn't fall over like a lot of them out there.

Bought this case for my wife. Excellent product. Durable. I know this will po protect the lifespan of her tablet.

I wish that I had purchased this long ago. It is THE perfect cover and Tablet stand that I have found. It is so sturdy and holds my tablet perfectly still.even placed on my bed. It seems to grip whatever fabric or what you have placed it on. I have fallen asleep watching movies in bed and wake up to find it still in the same place! I am definitely sticking with this brand.
