A lot of footage was shot just to try and pick which pieces would be included in this 133min DVD. "Flight 666 - The Film" did a wonderful job of grabbing you and pulling you into the tour. The energy of the members on stage, the sweat of the crew, the enthusiasim and tears of joy from the fans. It's fun to see what the guys and crew do on days off, in-flight, pre and post show. The fans from Latin and South America are reminiscent of screaming teenagers during Beatlemania. The concert DVD is fantastic - the sound, picture quality. If you're a Maiden fan since day one, just became a Maiden fan in the last decade or even this year, this DVD is worthy to be included in your collection.

Like fine wine, Iron Maiden only seems to get better with age - and this concert is a testament to that. The gang is in top form, and their performances are captured in amazing quality by the film crew. The concert performance is top notch and great to watch or listen to. The enthusiasm of the sold out crowds is captured nicely, helping to portray the fun and excitement of an Iron Maiden concert. As always, big stage shows, cute antics on stage and a virtually flawless performance by all band members. Besides the full concert being captured (from multiple venues around the world), this package comes with a "Behind the Scenes" disk which nicely captures a bit of what goes into each show (from the band's, the crew's and to some extent the fan's perspectives), all without digging too deeply into their private lives. Either DVD makes this a worthwhile purchase for any Iron Maiden fan - both of them combined makes it an amazing thing to have. My only suggestion is to listen to it on a 5.1 surround system. The stereo mix is superbly done, but of course cannot compare to the 5.1 mix.

the behind the scenes documentary is well put together. as you follow the band during the "Somewhere Back in Time" tour, you get the feeling of what it takes to bring this massive tour together. The 2nd DVD in the 2Dvd set is worth the money alone. For the ones who don't get what this DvD was for, Maiden gets younger fans everyday, who just "discovered" Iron Maiden. They have never seen the classic Maiden. Watch the crowds. New 18 somethings. And they already have the lyrics memorized.

This video is NOT like the others. It is better than all of the other DVDs. ALL songs on the 2nd DVD are in their entirety. This DVD captures the IRON MAIDEN concert experience at it's FULLEST. Lots of shots from the crowd. If you enjoy IM....you will treasure this. Sound quality is at it's best.

If you are a Maiden fan as I'm, is just simple, this dvd MUST be in your collection. Is very funny, the sound, the video, everything is just excellent. Maiden fans will see what happen during a tour concert, the behind the scenes, during the concert and after a concert. You Maiden fan, hurry to get this excellent dvd.

This is an extraordinary film & concert, all in DTS sound & hi-def. How could anyone being a Maiden fan NOT give this a five?!? It's absolutely awesome!!

after all the trials and tribulations, Maiden comes out squeeky clean in the end. They are truly one of greatest metal bands of my time,and it looks like generations to come. thank u mates

GENRE: POP ????? who was the one who did this? Anyway the movie is a must have for any Maiden fan. I cried when I saw the guy in tears that catched Nico´s Drumstick!

The band is great and the older tunes from the 80's are great whats not so great is the band is obviously stuck in a ruck that they can't escape from. greatest hits, re-masters, live video after live video, seen it once and don't need to continually pop down $15 to watch the same old rerun. How about coming out with some GOOD material for the first time since 1984 and then you'll have a new slab of material for a DVD!! Maiden - you rule but put some energy and $$ into some good old fashion Maiden the way we loved it!!!
