Denzel was at his finest in this difficult role, as the role was a complex one! The plane rolling screens were realistic and the movie seemed virtual and real! For an older film this one is a collector and a keeper

This was a pretty good movie. Without giving away the ending, it was nice to see the main character make the morally correct decision at the end. The airplane special effects were quite good, too.

I liked this story , but, it made Denzel look a little shabby. I guess that's just the character, but overall, it is a good story, and the special effects are crazy good! A+

For folks that like aeronautical story lines, this movies is good - it has plenty of dramatic effect and the video, audio, and acting is good.

I purchased this movie as a Christmas present for my grandmother because she loves realistic movies, and this seemed to be pretty much based on real things, if not a specific event. We were surprised by the graphicness of this movie, as there was a sticker over the rating box, and the description on the back says nothing about that. Overall it was a good movie once you get past the drugs. inappropriateness and cursing. (I have nothing against these things, but they were very unexpected.)

I would recommend that everyone watch this movie. Even though there is a part that is totally unbelievable.

Any movie with Denzel gets seven thumbs up, and yes, I have 7 thumbs. It's a birth defect. Anyways, the plot and direction of the movie was not what I expected when I sat down to watch it. I thoughts it would be more of an action flick than a drama, which turned out not to be a bad thing at all. Denzel, of course, steals the show with his amazing acting super powers. John Goodman, despite his limited role, was hysterical. Anyone who gave this 3 stars clearly was not watching the same movie, fact.

Everything you expect from Denzel Washington you get from this movie. Fabulous date night movie!
