Good technology/Bad instructions

Not Working
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought that this was the answer to my 91 year old mother. She has a Panasonic TV. I couldn't get it to work, so I got the maintain gentleman at her home to help. We/he could get the on/off button to work and the volume to work, but not the channel button. Luckily, he had another device that could work. I am now out $40 bucks for the one that I bought at Best Buy. Looked like one that my mom could use, but not if it can't change channels.
