    Not thick/stiff enough on carpet. Mat will have chair dents/markings from chair wheels.

      We are sorry to hear that our Floortex Black PVC Advantagemat has not worked as it should for you. PVC is naturally a more flexible material, however we would recommend contacting our customer service team to discuss the application on this mat to ensure this is the correct mat for your flooring type.

      If you were looking to purchase another mat in the future that was thicker we would recommend upgrading to a Polycarbonate mat as these mats are more rigid. We also have a select number of chair mats that are even thicker (0.2") - these are our Glaciermats and our Megamats.
