This mat is manufactured from enhanced polymer and helps to keep your spaces clean as the easy wipe surface protects against spills and damage. Several factors can lead to cracking, including but not limited to, stationary objects being placed on the mat and incorrect flooring type. If you are looking for a thicker and more durable mat, we recommend our Cleartex Megamat, which has a higher weight capacity of 500 lbs including the chair and the user. The Ecotex Evolutionmat does have a 1 year warranty policy, therefore, if you have noticed that cracks have started developing on your mat we suggest reaching out to our customer service team who will be able to help.
