Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review on our Floortex Advantagemat. We are sorry to hear that you chairs wheels are sinking in the mat, making it difficult to move about. If you have found that this mat is sinking into the carpet or becoming warped, your carpet may be too plush, we would therefore recommend re-measuring your carpet to ensure that the padding and the carpet is up to 1/4inch. You can measure your carpet thickness using a paperclip and pushing the pin through the carpet and padding until it hits the subfloor, then measure the distance on the pin from the subfloor to the top of the carpet pile.
