This movie is a must for kung fu and Jet Li fans. Even though it does not state it in the title this is a two disc set; 3d blu-ray and 2d with extras. I watched this once with Mandarin and English subtitles but that distracted from the 3d. I do prefer hearing the actors own voices. I watched it again with the English dub. The 3d, action, and production of this film will not disappoint. The plot is questionable but there is a film before this one, New Dragon Gate Inn, which might help with understanding this movie. I like the story it just could have been more clear. The story is about a runaway pregnant concubine, a swordswoman, a vigilante general Zhao Huai'an(Jet Li), corrupt official Eunuch Yu, treasure seekers, and assasins who all get stuck at the New Dragon Inn during a desert sandstorm. I was surprised to find that my younglings (ages 5, 9, and 12) also enjoyed the movie finding it funny and entertaining.

audio track available in either native Mandarin, or English, this production brings traditional Chinese sword mythology to life with plenty of color, depth and bright images! Audio is active across all channels as the action pans around the space during fight scenes. Very nice! I wish America could do more like this - I guess we must wait for the likes of Alita and the Avatar Sequels to be released.

Sure 3D is on its’ last few footsteps, many will argue it’s dead, however if you still happen to own a 3D set, this Blu-ray 3D has phenomenal picture and strong 3D. This is a must experience if you still have the tv and equipment to watch a 3D movie. Highly recommended.

Swords and wirework martial arts always make for the be 3d effects. Add Jet Li and enjoy.

Beautiful 3D. Near reference level. Story line is a bit dull but if you like martial arts films and 3D, this is a good one to add to the collection. Same producers for 3D content as Avatar.

I LOVE me a good old school Kung Fu movie. Add in 3D... YES please!

I really like the actor, Jet Li. The action, stunts and story were very enjoyable. Visually, 3D added the WOW factor.

I hope Best Buy and studios continue to produce 3D bluray videos.

If you love martial arts and want to watch it BIG, purchase the movie and enjoy. You have Jet Li and Gordon Liu, if you know anything about these two, buy it!

This movie is simply amazing in every way. Jet Li always performs beyond perfection. It also introduced me to some actors and actresses I never knew of. It’s a great wuxia film.

Good action movie jet Li looked strong and special effects were good
