Technician did Excellent work. Very happy with the service.

This coin op machine in a small apartment building no longer works because the coin box does not accept quarters. We were told that the repair person would try to find replacement part. It has been a month and no word.

The worst service ever. The technicians who came to service the refrigeration system abstained from voluntary disclosure that the part was covered by warranty. I was charged $500 for trusting best Buy and Geek Squad

Not impressed with this service call. I called twice before the visit to make sure the tech brought a portable power supply to test the TV. He arrived without one. He looked at the TV and told me I needed a new one with no diagnostic testing. He might be right. He might be wrong. I'll never know for sure. Wasted $100 for nothing. Very disappointing.

This fridge is just out if warranty and it stopped cooling. It takes a week to get a GS appt. Then it takes a week to get the part. After 3 visits, another part is needed! Going on 3 weeks and almost $600 PLUS 2 bags of ice daily is making us rethink continuing this membership!

This was valuable to us as the Geek Squad was able to help us find photos that we thought had been lost to us forever. We also purchased the Total Tech Support, so all of this has been worth every penny. We highly recommend this purchase to anyone.

Waited all morning for tech only to call to find out he canceled

Unfortunately the reviews I read before purchasing did not meet my expectations. The sensing feature does not work properly- it thinks it senses dry clothes and shuts off, but when I take them out they are still very damp. The refresh and sanitize features do not work either. I've tossed dry clothes in the dryer using these two options and they end up leaving your clothes all wet. The one good thing about this purchase was the exceptional customer service I received during installation. The installers were on time, thorough, friendly, and explained everything to me before leaving.

Love the size, the metal shell & the backlit keyboard. Geek Squad was very helpful when needed. It's my first laptop so takes a little getting used to but am very happy w/it!
