This fell apart way too fast

Okay design, not a lot of power. My wife is a music therapist and bought this to be portable with her iPod. Worked for a while but quit working with the batteries after just two months and now we need to plug it in. Does not have a lot of power at higher volume.

    Doesn't work with iPhone 4

I bought this so I could use my iPhone 4 as an alarm clock radio, but had to take it back. Unfortunately, whenever I plugged the iPhone into this, it would always play from the iPod app. I tried using other apps, like an internet radio app, or clock-radio, but when the audio played from those apps, the iPod app played music simultaneously! If I went into the iPod app to stop the music, it would stop ALL the audio from playing, not just the iPod music. It seemed like all the audio on the iPhone became linked to the iPod app. This ONLY happened when it was plugged into the Sharper Image dock. I returned it, purchased an iHome A5 dock and it works great.

The day after Christmas, I went to Best Buy to buy a speaker system for my iPod Nano. I came across this speaker system and bought it. Overall, it's great, the price kinda of got me off, it could of been priced a bit lower. When listening to music, after you put in the 4 AAA batteries, that you have to press the power button to turn it on and then press it again to get to iPod mode. Which is fine, but I don't think I recall seeing anything like it in the manual. There's also three black holder things that are suppose to hold your iPod in place. There are removable, I couldn't play my nano until I took it off. Overall, I really liked it, I wish it could of been cheaper and maybe run on AA
