We tried each blade and got at best mediocre results. We followed instructions rigorously to make sure and used many different vegetables. Sliced mushrooms? Came out half sliced and half chunks. Tomatoes? Almost went to a sauce instead of dicing or slicing. Shredded garlic wasted 75% of the garlic. The list goes on... There is a long YouTube review where they give a positive review. As you watch you will see he has many problems along the way in his video. He blames being a beginner user. We returned the product.

The instructions that come with it is very bland... doesn't explain much
