I bought this for a new home. I am very pleased with it. I have not actually used it yet, but all the burners are amazing. The accessories that are included were a great bonus! Everyone that sees this from the gas company rep that hooked it up to friends talk about how nice it is! I will add more pics when the forno vent hood and backsplash are installed.

Broken ignitor - poor customer service

After less than 2 months one of the burner ignitors stopped working. Over 10 days ago I filled out a service request form on Forno's webpage and received a ticket number but nobody from Forno's customer service has contacted me. Nobody answers their customer service phone number. Nobody replies to the several emails I have sent. Probably will return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I cannot review something that I don't have. When I ordered this item I verified with the online chat person that this item was actually in stock and not backed. I was assured that it was in stock and would be delivered the first week of November. A month later, 2 rescheduled appointments, and now am being told that it is back ordered. They still want the payment to the card for the item though.
