Fun gameplay, nice visuals, and massive open world. Dialog is a little cheap but traversing and combat are fun. Bunch of abilities and combos you can create. Def worth checking if you like games like Infamous.

I really enjoyed this game for its combat system and main characters journey through a different world. It had its flaws in not utilizing its open workd more but its an experience I am gald i had.

Picked this up the other nite at my local Bestbuy. Game is gorgeous graphically and fun to play. Yet another solid PS5 game with a single player offline campaign that pulls you in. Playstation is the only system where you can keep getting these types of games. They continue to make offline single player games that sell millions and give the gamer so much value for the money spent. Not some online only live service garbage that other companies like to keep pushing on people. Those games usually die off and the player is left with nothing but a loss of time and money. That is why I will always support games like this and So y for their continued support of these types of games.

The game a lot of mechanics arr good but the history of the game and character development is kinda different and not for everyone the humor and the attitude of the main character kinda a ****hole bit other that does thing good game!

The gameplay is really fun and intense. The story had some great potential, but in my opinion they really dropped the ball. Very shortly into the story i wanted to start skipping all cut scenes because the storytelling and designers really cut a lot of corners.. but the combat was so good i was move past my issues with the story.

Great gameplay, awesome graphics, really fun to traverse the land and cast spells to defeat enemies. Story isn’t as bad as other reviews have brought up.

Wanted to like this game. Early footage shown at the launch of the PS5 didn’t completely represent the game we got.
Forspoken comes from the team behind FF15 and utilizes the same Luminous engine, but manages to look worse than it’s last gen counterpart.
Environments are vast and beautiful, but for the most part void if conflict or character interaction outside of hub areas. Enemies are scarce and littered throughout the world, but that world offers little in the way of compelling reasons to explore.
Frey and Cuff will eventually grow on you, but early parts of the game leave you feeling that have very few redeeming qualities as characters add in a cookie cutter fish out of water story and you have a recipe for a middle of the road game.

Forspoken looks great, and plays well. it should have been looked at as a decent holdover game until FFXVI released, but was sabotaged by people who didn't want the game to do well, for reasons that had nothing to do w/ the actual game. even trusted "reputable" reviewers joined to trash the game for ridiculous reasons. they advised people not to buy the game for minor issues that could have been, and later were fixed w/ a patch.
