    Great movie series well acted I sent this to my mom as a birthday gift. It’s not as long as the original but you get all the best parts of the stories.

    Good sets and outfits. Pace is slow at times but overall a good but not great script. Performances adequate but not distinguished. Expected more.

    Like all Masterpiece dramas, it is faultless in scenery and costumes; but so many characters and generations are hard to follow.
