Ordered online - never activated the card

Each rep gives you a different answer and you never get the help you need. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son and all we have is a headache from dealing with Best Buy. I learned my lesson and will not buy anything related to this from here.

I’m out forty bucks for this V-bucks card. Selling product Thant don’t work and not helping is a true scam
