Do NOT purchase from Best Buy

Best Buy customer service is unable to resolve the issue after speaking with 8 separate people, and will not provide a refund, so I am simply out the money and have a disappointed nephew. I highly recommend purchasing from a different retailer as one customer service person informed me this is not an uncommon issue.

Best Buy forgot to activate my Christmas gift

Ordered online - never activated the card

Each rep gives you a different answer and you never get the help you need. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son and all we have is a headache from dealing with Best Buy. I learned my lesson and will not buy anything related to this from here.
