For a digital product, I expected to receive the item quickly. My payment method was quickly charged but when I contacted customer support, I was told it could take up to 48 hours! For all that I could have just gone to the store and gotten a physical gift card. I’ll never order this from Best Buy again.

DONT let the good reviews fool you. If you buy a digital code you will NEVER get it. I bought a digital code and after over 5 days, I never recived a code. Talked to support and it took 3+ hours but I was able to revive a refund. Unless you have that time, dont buy it.

This is good product in theory. That is before you actually try to buy it. "Sorry, but your order has been canceled." I think this is actually my all-time worst experience with a product. Best Buy cancelled my order 3 times. I do not recommend.

I ordered this e-card online 4 hours ago and it has yet to be delievered!!! Thanks Best buy for being the worst ordering experience ever! Don’t order this card online always go in person so this doesn’t happen to you.

i’ve waited like two days already for this gift card, i’m trying to get this for shawty and best buy is late asf, buy a code from literally anywhere else

After 12 hrs of purchase I didnt recieve my order for the vbucks and live agent was no help in getting me my order so unfortunately i had to cancel my order.

Best Buy cancels the order every time. I'm not sure why this product is still available.

My card code hasn’t been emailed to me and its been 2 days, after purchasing the $90 card online I thought the process was going to be instant and painless, if I could rate this process less stars I would.

Its been 3 days and still have heard nothing from bestbuy.

First time I ordered I had to wait 30 minutes just to be told my order was canceled. Now attempting to order again, if your gonna buy this product do it elsewhere because nobody else has this problem

Bought it for a friend and i never got the email we are both disappointed

i tried 10 times and it never worked, i was paying with a gift card and the last time i tried to do it, it got rid of the money i had on my gift card, don't trust this
