Don't buy it, it doesn't work. waste of money

I ordered this charger to charge my controllers, and first, it took a long time to arrive. Second, putting the rechargeable batteries into the controller is complicated. Third, the quality is poor; the base looks like cheap plastic, and it didn't work. I connected it exactly as the instructions said, and it never turned on. I tried with my own USB cable, and it still didn't turn on. I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they told me to message the seller. So far, the only thing the seller has said is to try it with my own USB cable... as if I hadn't already done that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!! I hope I can get my money back.Because I'm supposed to send it back and wait for the seller to accept the return.
