This was so much fun playing on the TV during Halloween. We had kids of all ages coming in and out and had the entire collection playing the whole time and everyone enjoyed it. House of Frankenstein has all the greats, Frankenstein, Wolfman and Dracula. The quality is great and this includes everything you might want from the classic horror collection. 8 movies are included in this collection.

My brother, sister and I loved all these old movies. The Bride of Frankenstein is my absolute favorite monster movie and Abbot and Costello meet Frankenstein is THEE funniest movie! To have these two would be enough but to have the rest and at a great price, purchased around Halloween and it was worth it. Love Boris and Bela!

Frankenstein scared me as a child. A good scare, though. Watching all the sequels, you can see where Gene Wilder & Mel Brooks got scenes for Young Frankenstein from.

They just don't get old. Seen them all before but liked to see then uninterupted. I had never seen the "Abbott & Costello Meet Frankenstein." It should read "Abbott & Costelli Meet Dracula, Frankenstein, Woolf Man & The Invisable Man." They are all in the movie. Dracula the most.

These movies are the ground roots of modern horror. To appreciate the current horror movies you should see the classic start of horror movies. You aren't going to have the blood and guts like today's horror, but there is a beauty to these classic movies that I really enjoy.

If you're any kind of horror fan, this is a must have. Frankenstein along with the other universal monsters are the foundation for what horror cinema is today, and to have all of the Frankenstein movies in one package is just great.

With each of these Legacy Collection packs I purchase, I love them a little more. They don't waste resources on up scaling or trying to present a faux HD experience. Instead, these are the classic movies, complete with their old school charms and flaws--but with cleaned up film cells for a more true to the medium re-recording. Truly, this box set contains the Frankenstein and the Monster I fell in love with as a child, along with all his sequels (which get progressively sillier as the time line Moe's on, but no less charming.)

Karloff's "Monster" is still the best Frankenstein's Monster to grace both the large & small screen. Loved the making of featurett and the other Frankenstein movies. Brought back several childhood memories...

It is definitely an older version in comparison to movies and how they are made today. HOWEVER, if you can look past it, it is a movie to watch especially around Halloween. Worth it!

I couldn't believe the quality of the print that was achieved in this re-issue, and the extra content was wonderful!

For a low price you get all the classic Universal Frankenstein films! Yes there are awesome ones after Bride! Son and House of Frankenstein are great!

A set that reaches back into the old days. Classic collection of some of the best movies on the Monster. Even includes the Abbott & Costello film.

Great collection of 8 Frankenstein films on 4 DVDs. Good quality. Watched most, but not all, during Halloween week.

Glad them finally came out with a DVD with all the movies for each classic monster. Excellent price.

I saw this on Amazon, but I purchased at Best Buy with a gift card. Wanted this for a while.
