A waste of money

I purchased the TES-121 Spanish-English Translator approximately 2 weeks ago and have spent days accurately typing different short simple phrases in English for the product to translate into the Spanish idea. I have become extremely frustrated, disappointed, and more than unhappy with the TES-121 Spanish-English Translator. The only thing the TES-121 Spanish-English Translator does is translates a few pre-typed words and phrases under the 4 category buttons at the top. The TES-121 is a waste of money. It should not have been placed on the market for sale. I am currently attempting to get a refund of my money or get a product that will actually translate typed phrases sent to me from Franklin without cost to me.

Garbage translator

This translator now decorates my floor in 1000 pieces. Unless you don't know what "hola" means, it does not help at all. It is able to translate "hola" but not much else.
