Best Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using FreedomPop's basic free plan for over a year. Lately my data usage increased. Then I found this sim card. This is the best price so far I've seen for unlimited talk/text and 1GB data/month. One needs FreedomPop's app to make/receive calls and send/receive texts via wifi or data. AT&T's coverage is pretty good. So far I do not have major issue with making/receiving calls. Actually I like the app. Since there's no cellular signal in my office building, people have to go out to make a phone call using their cell phones. But I can make/receive calls through FreedomPop's app via wifi. I'm a very satisfied user. Also bought the sim cards for my family members.

Can't beat the price!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked this up for son to use with unlocked GSM phone. The SIM uses ATT network and coverage has been great. Calls and texts are through FP app which so far has worked well. Nothing I have seen comes close to unlimited voice/text for under $5 a month. May switch other family members if continues to work well.

Best cell deal on the market
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I first found this deal I had to read it twice. Unlimited talk and text plus 1GB per month for $49.99 ANNUALLY - not monthly! Popped the SIM into an unlocked T-Mobile GSM phone and works great. Excellent coverage with AT&T network. I switched my daughter over to it and saving many hundreds per year now.

This is real!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.$50? For a years worth of service? On AT&T's network? This is real! You get unlimited talk and text + 1Gb of service every month. What's the catch? You will have to pay extra for premium services like voice mail, roll over data, and other features. The voice and text services are through their app, where you can also access your account features. Also, you only have 1Gb per month. If you go over, you can either have your data topped off automatically, or you can pay for safety mode to disable your data when finished. I have been using FreedomPop for years, and this is the best product I have seen from them.

serious limitations
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be warned. The service does not include voicemail. If you want voicemail, that is about $25/year extra payable only with credit card and be willing to accept automatic billing for items such as data overage. Also, even if you pay for voicemail, you cannot check your voicemail from a landline or friend's phone (because special app must be installed). Imagine in an emergency (like you lost your phone) and you cannot check your messages.

Everything you'd want in a plan!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its great having a phone that doesn't eat your paycheck and gets you all the features and coverage of the big providers! We had been on FreedomPop for years under their month to month plan and this yearly plan is even better. Its easy to switch by pulling your other service providers SIM card out of your phone and installing this one.

Definitely Worth Checking Out
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wasn’t expecting much when I picked this up. I was pleasantly surprised with how well it works. It uses AT&T LTE and my coverage is great and fast. I hit a few snags setting up their separate app for calls but it’s been smooth since. The promos for earning extra data is a welcomed bonus. Highly recommend checking this out.

Great Value for Money and best backup phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.FreedomPop supports Wi-Fi Calling, a feature that allows you to make calls and send texts over Wi-Fi. It's handy if you're using the carrier's free service with its caps on texts and talk time, as you'll be able to use Wi-Fi for a lot of your calling and texting needs. Other special features include mobile hotspot support. FreedomPop also features rollover data, in which up to 500MB per month of unused data can carry over to the next month. Rollover costs $3.99 per month, but another option, Rollover Plus, costs $6.99 and lets you carry over up to 1GB of data. Your unused data doesn't expire, though you are capped at storing 20GB for the standard Rollover plan and 40GB for Rollover Plus. You can also earn data by referring friends to FreedomPop.

Cheap and cheap service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is cheap phone service in terms of money. But call connect fail most of the time. In service it’s worst in all America. You can’t put your life on this phone number.

Love Freedom Pop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I brought it thinking this had to be to good to be true, but to my surprise I was wrong. One sim card that last for one whole and 1 GB of data every month, I tried it out and was in love with it. Since I don't used my phone that much it was perfect match for me. I have recommended it to friends and family who are paying too much for a service that they don't use a lot of data.

Works Great!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Activation was simple (less than 5 minutes online). I use the SIM in my old AT&T iPhone 6 (FreedomPop service works on the AT&T 4G LTE network). Got unlimited calls and texts for $50 a YEAR (not a month)! Also comes with 1 GB of data each month too but that is plenty for me because most of my data is over WiFi anyways which is always free. Awesome deal.

Stay Far Away Far Far Away!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed a second cell and recently bought a Nokia 6.1 on sale. One of this phones features is Dual Sim! I have cricket wireless (AT&T) on sim 1, no more contracts for me!! and figured I would try freedom pop on sim 2, at $5/month to have another line, it's a no-brainer right? NOPE!! Well to be fair Maybe... if you could actually get it to activate!! Okay then, time to call support. Well it's Overseas support and they are rude, one even hung up on me!! After 3 attempts and 45 minutes later I'm told my phone is not compatible! Printed right on the front in big bold letters (use with any gsm smartphone) Mentioned that to the rep and was asked if i read the little black print at the bottom (compatible with most phones) LOL. As far as the service goes I'm not sure, didn't get that far!! However I can tell you customer service is horrible and all 3 reps was steady trying to up-sale me the whole time I was looking for support. My advice to you is make sure your phone is compatible prior to purchase NO REFUNDS. Feels like I threw a $20 bill in the trash. My advice... Stay Far Away Far Far Away!
