So much fine print to read. And it seems to good to be true. And it is to good to be true. They want you to activate your services with a credit card. Just so they can charge you the many hidden fees.

    Unordinary service but decent

This isn't your typical service. It uses mobile data to provide talking over a VoIP network. It works pretty good as long as your data signal is strong. This sim will get you access to the AT&T network. You can also use it over a wifi connection. If you want a free only service be sure to cancel your 30 day trial and downgrade to the free plan. Also, be sure to cancel any services like voice-mail. It's a unique concept but it works pretty good for the price. My particular phone had a issue with the latest Messaging app. I found an older version and it works pretty good now. I'm using a phone I originally got from Cricket LG X-Power which I paid to have unlocked.

I have been using FreedomPop Nationwide 4G LTE 3-in-1 Basic Free SIM Card for 7 months. So far so good. You can choose the services and plans you fit in starting as cheap as 0$ a month! The service is good and you can make calls and write texts through the 4G LTE data or wifi connection. Definitely the best deal for the price!

I have been using this for over six months, no major issues. It gets great coverage in the areas I go to. I'm usually at home on wifi though. I have an issue where it'll take me off of wifi and use data instead. If you run out of data you can't use the phone to make calls without WiFi. There seems to be more customer service than when I first got it. There seems to be less accepted payment methods than when I first got it. It's easy to setup and works very well.

I am a grad student who do not really need a phone call and data off campus because most of interactions are face-to-face. FreedomPop is perfect for people like me. Their data service is as normal as other big cell phone carriers and I have no issue of text messages. Sometimes, the phone call is static but decent for communication.

    Great Speed

I got a 37.60 Mbps download speed and an 9.70 Mbps upload speed, with a respectable ping of 80ms in an urban area on AT&T's LTE network. For a free cell phone service, this is really impressive.

I've been using FreedomPop service for about a year now starting with their 3G Global SIM, then moving to their AT&T LTE SIM (This listing) and it has been great! Their free plan is perfect for an emergency phone and their paid plans are very competitively priced. I highly recommend that you try the service for yourself! As long as you read and understand their terms and conditions, you'll love the service too!

I have been using the Freedompop LTE sim card for over 6 months and you cannot beat the value it provides. Excellent GSM coverage. I just placed the sim card in my unlocked GSM cell phone and followed the instructions and I had service in minutes. The basic service is free and you get data, calls and texts. Highly recommend!

It's a decent service. It's dumb that even though the data used in talk and text doesn't count against data if you use up our data it turns off calling and texting.
