Snug fit. Not flimsy. Enough bulk to keep the Kindle safe. Kid loves it and she cant break it. I love it.

My son needed a cover for his new tablet that would actually work. We have gone through many tablets that didn't last through a fall. All of the tablets we purchased were protected by a case that claimed to be kids proof, but this is the only one that really worked. He has dropped his tablet many times since our purchase, including a couple of times on the street, and this case as kept the tablet safe. That's all I could ask for.

Getting this for your little cousin so they don't break their new Kindle Fire is a great investment.. The case is a thick silocone material which takes a beating if they drop the tablet-- which happens a lot from down the stairs to running across the kitchen. The case protects the tablet with no damage what so ever. Recommend this for anyone who's kids are going to be using the Fire.

This is the Amazon Freetime case for the Fire 5th Generation 7" 2015. It comes in different colors. This one is light blue. The Freetime case is made for kids, but as an adult, I prefer this one for my "Kindle". There is no kick-stand. The ridge/curb surrounding it, keeps the screen safe, if dropping it. Still, you do need to be careful within reason.

I give each of my 4-5 year old grandchildren a Kindle e-reader, with thousands of ebooks installed. Naturally, I'm concerned about them possibly damaging their reader, so I always install it into one of these cases before giving it to them. Regardless of the rough handling doled out, these cases have always protected the readers!

This case was a little pricier than others I've tried, but it's well worth the price. It fits very snug on the tablet and doesn't interfere with the functionality of it. Before this my son went through 2 tablets within a couple of months. Since then he's gotten better with them but it's been dropped numerous times without any damages what so ever.

I picked this case up from bestbuy.com for my son because he likes to thoroughly use his electronicss and I like to maintain the electronics in working order for at least a little while and this seemed to fit the bill my only reservation is the high price for basically a piece of rubber that conforms to the Kindle Fire as many have already stated here it's actually more than half the price of what the Kindle Fire actually cost for the basic model overall my experience with Best Buy has been pleasant and I'll continue to do business with them.

This is a great item. The grandkids have it on their tablets so I thought I would put one on my Fire when they come over to use it. What I like is it is easier to hold and it has a built in passage to redirect the sound (that usually goes out the back ) to the front so you can hear sound and music better. And being black it doesn't stand out .

Overall happy and impressed with case. The case was placed on tablets used by twin boys. It has proven to be very durable.

This is a good product it is thick enough to protect the kids tablet my grandson drop his last tablet with a then cover and it cranked his screen but the next tablet I brought I put this thick blue cover and he has dropped several time and it has protected his tablet I think this is a good product for kids
