French Connection 2 is a magnificent film that will not disappoint anyone who really loves good cinema. It is a landmark of the '70s, and one of the finest and most respectful (because it was as good as the original) sequels in film history.

FC2 is not as great as flick as the first. But, this one takes the saga in a logical direction. The Blu-ray has a solid video transfer. Audio is decent, but don't expect a full surround experience. Special features include a good audio commentary by the director and actors, and a couple throwaway featurettes that did not do anything for me. Overall still a good buy given the price.
