    Wow how easy is that! It slices potatoes like butter... heat up a sweet potato for a minute and they slice easy also...

    Takes a little while to get use to but I love that we get even cuts when dicing. Definitely recommend if you like homemade fries

    This ratchets the potato through the blades which is okay but it’s not a very smooth operation and the blades will certainly dull with use which will be even harder to ratchet the potato. The slice guide on the end comes apart while you use it as it’s only held by a little plastic notch tab that easily disengages with the ratcheting activity. So overall a bit disappointed. It will make fries but it’s not as functional as I had hoped. I think the lightweight plastic is part of the reason it doesn’t power through the food like I wanted. I’ll keep it for now until I find something that works better.
