    Is a good package of all Jason movies. From the beginning to the end.

    If you're not up to spending $100+ for the shout factory release than this is a great alternative, minus the new line films which aren't that good to begin with. an added bonus is the transfer of the original movie is actually better than the 4k release with better picture quality. An added bonus is the original 4 upscales are all the more reason to part with the old DVDs.

    These iconic films certainly have a place in cinema history. This review is more about the transfer than the movies itself. At least for the first four films which were remastered. The rest, well they are what they are. As I watched these movies in side by side comparison to the older blu rays I noticed modest to noticeable improvements mostly in the music. This the case for part 1, 2, 4. Part 3 has this kind of blurry, blotchy appearance to it which I also noticed on the original blu ray. Maybe something inherent in the original source material, who knows, but I wish that it could be corrected. Thats about it.

    So far i have enjoyed this 8 films set. The sound and picture quality both are great. I like the art work of the set cover. I love it!

    Good collection, have yet to see all the films, but looking forward to seeing all of them, also the new 4k transfers look great. Cant beat the price either. It was on sale for $26. 7/10 movies are good, not great.
