Very excellent set and with the entire franchise in one box! This set is technically a blu ray OMNIBUS for the film franchise. The 4K scans of the first four films look spectacular while 5-10 look/sound far superior to any previous blu ray release of these films. Part 6 has been color corrected and looks the way it was intended, the part 2 slashed scenes are awesome, you get all the classic VHS/poster art for each individual case..... it's like being in the 80's/90's again. You have a ridiculous amount of extra features and commentaries..... how can they ever top this? Highly recommended!

such an exquisite set! every movie featuring Jason,is in this set! the graphic sleeve, that houses all of the discs,features some great artwork! there's even a nice little book with pictures, set stories, and facts about the movies. if you are a friday the 13th fan, or a horror movie fan, you cannot go wrong with this set!!

One of my favorite franchises gets an expansive Scream Factory Box Set Just before Halloween...Every Friday the 13th movie is here in this set with a new scan Commentary tracks and more....The perfect thing to binge this Halloween....

I'm so glad that Best buy had this at a discounted price. Plus I had reward certificates so I got it at an even better price. I love the Friday the 13th movies and I was very excited about this box set.

A MUST for Friday the 13th fans. Practically a Criterion Edition of the franchise. Shout Factory really did an excellent job with this release.

First I wanna start off by saying this is the best Friday the 13th collection that has ever came out. I like this one better then the steel case collection that came out around 2011. This whole set is great the artwork on the box itself looks fantastic it has all the different Jason’s from each movie wrapped around it. The set is also loaded with tons of new special features that for any Friday the 13th or horror/slasher movie fan is a must have. Scream factory did a great job with this. The Blu-ray scans of each film & 4K for the few that have it look amazing they did a great job with the transfers the sound quality is great to. Friday the 13th part 1 actually comes with the theatrical version & the uncut version on separate discs, it also has a 4K copy as well. The booklet that comes with this set is really nice as well it has a lot of high quality pictures & good information inside it. This is a must have for any Friday the 13th or horror/slasher movie fan I would recommend getting this sooner then later because these scream factory editions have become very popular over the last several years & they do not make a ton of them, if you remember the Halloween box set they did just like this a while back it sold out quickly & not it easily fetches $600+ for a used set on eBay so snag this while you can. Another nice feature scream factory does is each movie has reversible artwork inside it so you can flip it over & change it If you want to, most have a variant poster on the reverse side & the usual credits on the other. For $130 this is more then worth it.

The most thorough and comprehensive deep dive into the world of Jason Voorhees that has ever existed. This set should really only be for the hardest of hardcore Friday fans (probably why they only made 13,000 of them to start). The artwork, the separate cases, the voluminous amount of material, it really is a unique and fantastic compendium. I've heard all about the nit picky issues others have had with this set, already sent away for the replacement discs, although I'm not sure if I'll use them tbh. Remember, if you're not a diehard, leave this set to those of us who have followed the franchise for decades (for me, practically since birth!). Yes, that means there will be more of them out there for the ravenous pigs who try to gouge poor souls on resell sites, but you might just leave a few out there for folks like me, whose life is finally complete. Watching the unrated first film right now, on the first day of an entire week I took off from work. A week filled with nothing but Fridays!!

I looked forward to this set mostly for the additional special features--especially Part 3 in Blu-ray 3D rather than anaglyph and the deleted gore scenes from Part 2--and I have not been disappointed. A true set piece for any fan of the franchise. I should point out that Freddy vs. Jason and the 2009 reboot discs are not remasters by Scream Factory. They are the exact discs originally released by New Line, right down to their product numbers. That's the sole reason for four stars instead of five.

Great box-set, but make sure you get the replacement discs from Shout Factory. The only discs affected are Friday the 13th 3D, Jason Goes to Hell, and Jason X. Friday the 13th 3D has an issue where the 3D credits at the beginning are set back into the screen rather than in your face (only affects the 3D, 2D unaffected). Jason Goes to Hell has a missing 3-6 second clip in the uncut version that should be present. Jason X is missing a soundeffect when Jason goes to kill some girls in some sleepingbags.

Doing a comprehensive review of EVERYTHING in this enormous set would take me a long, long time and you'd lose interest way before I was done, so I'll just say this: If you're a fan of the Friday the 13th series, this is, unquestionably, a MUST OWN. Scream Factory, who almost always has comprehensive releases, went above and well beyond. Want the multiple cuts of a certain Friday; it's on a disc here, along with enough special features to keep you busy for a day's worth of immersion. Combine this with the 8 plus hour documentary Crystal Lake Memories and there's your weekend plans. You're welcome. Buy this. Zero regrets.

If you're a huge Friday the 13th fan the set is a must purchase. New scans for the first 4 movies, Jason Goes to Hell Uncut included. There are 2 dedicated blu-ray discs just for extras plus there are more extras on each movies disc. Bad news., 3 discs had errors which has triggered a replacement disc program. Part 3, Jason Goes to Hell and Jason X are ones getting a replacement. Also Freddy vs Jason & the 2009 remake are just identical discs to the old ones that are already available. Paid $130 in store which may well be too much for a casual fan.

As someone who already owned the previous Friday the 13th Blu-ray Collection Tin, I was on the fence about purchasing this set. Ultimately, the sale and price match I was able to do combined with my desire to have the "Deluxe" set, got the better of me. Holy smokes, this set is incredible. I haven't gotten to jump into all the discs yet, but if you're a fan of F13, you'll absolutely love this set. It's all here. And so much more you would ever want. Get this set before it sells out, goes out of print, and skyrockets in value...just like the previous set! Highly recommended. 10/10

The definitive collection, and probably the last one you’ll ever need (unless they do a 4K release in the future). The first four films have never looked better, period! And if you’re a 3D supporter (we’re a dying breed these days, but we’re out there!) then you will love finally having a proper 3D release of Part 3! Also, having the Unrated Cut of Jason Goes to Hell is a major plus! The bonus features are very informative, though it’s a shame that the Crystal Lake Memories documentary isn’t included. That’s not to take away from what Scream Factory put together. This is an AMAZING collection!

This is by far the best Friday the 13th collection released. It has everything as a fan you would want. The reason I knocked of a star is that 3 discs had defects which include: PART 3 (When viewing in 3D) – First instance of 3D opening credits does not come out of the screen correctly. PART 9: JASON GOES TO HELL (Unrated Cut) – Missing “snapped wrist” gore in an uncut scene. PART 10: JASON X: Missing audio during a scene in the film in which Jason kills camp counselors in a sleeping bag. if you Google Friday the 13th Shout Factory Replacement program, you will get detailed instructions on how to get the replacement discs. Once you receive them, the 4 star set goes to a 5! For the sale price now, it cannot be beat! Grab it now before it goes back up to $160!

The best possible way to own this franchise on home media. WARNING: I just want to point out that Best Buy shipped this to me in very poor packaging and the product was damaged upon arrival. No damage to the discs, but the box had flattened corners and scratched off the image on one side. Fair warning for those who purchase this set online, and I recommend buying in store if you can.

Great collection and a must own for Horror fans. There were some technical flaws with a couple of the discs, but the manufacturer is offering a free disc replacement program for anyone who purchases this set. In my opinion, this is a definite improvement over the previous Friday the 13th collection. I highly recommend.

This is Just Fantastic! All the movies....and I mean all the movies in one boxed set! Not to mention Blu Ray Quality! If you are a horror fan, you need to own this. Any franchise thats been on for this long and releases a quality Blu Ray Boxed set, its a must own. This is way more impressive than the regular DVD boxed set I got many moons ago, but then again at the time I though that was awesome!
