This Jason collection is definitely worth it especially watching it in blu ray is awesome. It’s nice to have the entire Friday the 13th collection on blu ray and you can’t go wrong with the price.

This box set is perfect for any fans of Friday the 13th

Now, if you’re not a fan of the slasher horror film, then this set is definitely not for you. However, for any Jason Voorhees fans out there, this set is for you as it contains the first eight “Friday the 13th” films from Paramount Pictures. Granted, the films get weaker as the series went on, but even the later ones such as “Jason Takes Manhattan” have a particularly goofy amount of fun. The only problem I have with this particular box set is that the box art looks horrendous and they could have done better. Beyond that, though, a solid collection!

If you are interested in owning the Paramount Friday the 13th films on Blu Ray, this is your best bet right now. This set contains all of the special features from the deluxe edition dvds. Unfortunately there are no new features. And Friday the 13th 3 is not actually in 3D. And some of the blu rays have more than one film on them. But for the price, this is a very good Friday the 13th set. Like most fans, I hope that one day a really good F13 set will be released. But for now this will have to do.

This set is highly recommended for anyone who either enjoys the Friday the 13th movies or horror movies in general. While it doesn't have all of the movies in the series, it's the best set available right now. The picture quality of the movies are very good and the movies are fun. Check it out!

I love this franchise, and this set is a super cheap collection of all the semi-recently released "Deluxe" editions, so there are quite a few features. I'd love it more if it were more of a collectible item, but I'm super okay with having the first 8 movies on Blu! Keep in mind, the set doesn't include any of the Friday films under the New Line banner... Jason Goes to Heck (I really can't put the actual word in my review...), Jason X, and Freddy vs. Jason are all missing.

If you're a horror junkie, especially 80s horror, like me, then you can't miss this. It doesn't include "Jason Goes to Hell", "Jason X" or the incredibly terrible remake "Friday the 13th"; so what? This set has some good looking transfers and will please any and all Jason Voorhees fans.

Really the only knock on this set is that movies 5/6 and 7/8 share discs so only 6 discs for the entire set. The price fluctuates a bit but I got for $19.99, which is a steal.

This includes the first 8 movies in the 13th series. They look good, sound good, and for the $20 price it was an outstanding value.

This includes 8 of the 10 Friday the 13th Movies, so beware that Jason X and The current remake is NOT included in this set. Otherwise a great price for the 8 movies.

Considering how little I paid for this, I have gotten hours upon hours of entertainment out of this collection. Now if only I could get my hands on the other horror icons!

This set has the best of the Jason films included. Nice blu ray transfer over all. Some film grain on certain movies but over all a nice upgrade from the dvds.

Great movies! Colors are sharp, even for older movies. Transfer was sharp too. Audio is awesome, especially from a great sound bar. Scared me half to death.

This is something you should buy for you horror/Friday the 13 th fans it comes with 8 movies all on blu ray with a bunch of special features

They finally got it back in and I purchased it right away. 8 movies on 8 discs..not much to it. If you see it online you should probably buy it

For the price it goes for you can't go wrong. With the set you get the first 8 movies in the series, which all look great in HD. Not the fanciest set, but definitely worth it if you want a good chunk of the classic Friday the 13th franchise

This is the perfect way to save money and get most of the Friday the 13th movies, with remastered visuals. So glad I picked this up
