I actually thought I was buying the original 2nd movie - not this remake - which was ok -

This movie started off slow & started building up. Than went flat toward the end.

I liked the remake of Fright Night, I must admit. It wasn't as good as the oroginal, but I enjoyed it. I had hope for this one also. That hope was shattered after minutes and it just never got any better. Might be worth watching free on cable if you're a glutton for punishment, but don't waste your money buying it.

Original 1st if better but completes the set it has a great story line and actors were perfect. The over all story keeps you on your toes and maybe even chills

Sale price made this a very affordable purchase. 2 disc set + a code allows for viewing on multiple devices simultaneously. Great movie for a Syfy addict.

This is basically a remake of the original with Chris Sarandon. There are enough changes to make it entertaining. Overall a good vampire movie.

had to see love watching vampire flicks regardless of anything

As a fan of the original 1 & 2, as well as a supporter of the Colin Farrell remake, I was wildly disappointed to find that this wasn't a sequel so much as a remake of both part 1s. With only 4 movies in the series, 3 of them shouldn't be the same thing!?!?

Good story with some frightening parts some comedy and plenty of blood sucking very good movie.

A good vampire movie. Might not have had the budget of some other vamp movies, but fun nonetheless.

Thank goodness I only paid an extremely low price for this DVD. Not the quality of it's fore runners. Bad choice for character rolls...bad script...bad cinematography...bad everything..rent it for $1.00 before you buy it.

Pass on this title and don't even rent it if you see it anywhere. Fright Night the original I heard was good, and usually female vampires are sexy and beautiful. This was not the case and the story was awful.

i collect vampire movie and this was a movie that i wanted
