It is lightweight compared to the older one and I feel that it seems to take longer to heat things up. It has a great finish, it is super quiet when being used. The button to open the door is a little stiff so you need to hold the top of the microwave before opening it otherwise it will push around when trying to open.

Bought one just like this at another store. Unfortunately the microwave had an outside the door burn/warp issue that was one week over the manufacture warranty. Disappointing and not sure if our cleaning it with lysol wipes left a residue which would cause it to warp/bubble on the outside. So try again I go. Certainly love this microwave - size, practical and power.

We were looking for a small microwave to put in our son's apt. and had some bad luck with some being under powered or too big.. not the issue here. Heats all item very well and takes up very little space.

I would recommend this item. It fits perfect on my counter top.

This microwave is noisy, especially if the plate/bowl is not fully centered on the turntable. You have to push hard to open microwave's door - which can be a good thing if you have small kids. The unit moves/slides when you push to open the microwave. I put little rubber tips under the "feet" of the unit to keep it from sliding around - that has helped to keep the unit in place. Have had it less than a month, I do not have anything on top or around the unit - and the finish (I got the steel/gray) is getting blotchy! I've only used it to reheat some foods and make popcorn - so far no problem. It's "OK" considering price (I got it on sale) and the fact that I do not use it that often.

I didnt how bad my old microwave was until i bought this. Cooks everything so much faster. I like the one touch buttons for common items. Fit well in my small space too.

Was just what I wanted. Not a large size. Fit nicely in the corner of my pantry. Was delivered with a cracked glass tray support but was sent a new one promptly.

This microwave purchase was a mistake. The door was too hard to open. The glass plate inside did not fit. I couldn't return this fast enough.

A good item for me. Looks nice and works fine. Wish I had gotten just a bit bigger capacity...but it does fit the need.
