Purchased the Frigidaire model MWV150KBB (black) in March 2017 and it only lasted until Nov 2020 for 3.5 years. The unit blew out a breaker in my panel and scorched the bus bar. Had to have an electrician replace and access. Was not a power surge as nothing else blew on the breaker. I read of this same issue (blown breaker) and short life (3 years) at other retailers for this model

Especially like the reduced fan noise in microwave mode. Also like the 1,2,3 minute quick options

Typical over the range microwave/fan combination. I bought it simply to match my frigidare range. The coordination is perfect and it is a great product. Popcorn is my weakness and it makes a great popcorn.

Used it lightly for 1 year and 10 months and it doesn't work any more. Called Support and I was informed that it only has one year warranty. An absolute Garbage Product; Do NOT buy this cheap brand.

When it was working, the oven did what it was supposed to do. We primarily used time cook to reheat things. The beep sound for this microwave is not the most pleasant. Other reviewers complain that you cannot turn the beep off. I suppose that is what one gets with a low end model. However that is minor to having the oven die after two years. One morning I hit start to warm up a bowl of food. It began to hum for a split second and then went dead. I removed the vent cover to check the fuse. There is apparently a short somewhere because the slight jostling of the oven to remove two screws made the microwave to come back to life. When I tried to cook something it immediately shorted out again. I checked the fuse and it was fine. I expected to get more than two years without a service call or complete replacement.

Great product for the money, works well, but cooking power is lower than some other units, but those units also cost more. Unit is also very quiet.

I haven't contacted the manufacturer to ask for redress, so I'm not sure how Frigidaire would handle my complaint. It may be that the one I bought happenend to be in the small percentage of quality failures but it's still disappointing to have to deal with.

Best Buy is great. We love the service and have had nothing but good luck with them. We wish we didn't have to wait so long to get our product when it is not in stock.
