I installed this unit myself using templates provided. It was clearly a case of measure twice drill once in order to get it level and exactly at the right height.

I had bought a Samsung and in less than a year, it stopped heating. With the warranty from Best Buy, I was able to recoup my money to put towards a new microwave.

This is a base model microwave. Not a lot of functions and shows every single smudge and fingerprint. Constantly having to wipe down the outer door so it doesn't look like a grimmie mess. Easy installation except that it comes with the fan motor installed backwards to most people's application. (Above a stove) Fan can be removed, rotated and reinstalled but it's just an extra unnecessary step. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more for better product. You might still have to rotate the fan, but you'll have more settings and less smudges.

Not a big fan...Door is difficult to open, seems wobbly...Under lights have been replaced twice within 2 years.

Excellent microwave! Price, efficiency and looks!!

I chose this because it matches the stove. But the key punch for using is black and very hard to read unless one has the overhead light on in the kitchen. I would seriously consider that detriment when purchasing a stainless steel. Make sure that you can read the numbers. And in all honesty I haven't used it all that much.

Nice looking stainless unit to replace older model Frigidaire (too bad they cannot seem to make them the exact same size so tile will not have to be redone on the wall.) Fewer buttons and controls but plenty to get the job done so far. The door does appears to be lighter, "tinnier", and not nearly as smooth to close as our previous microwave. This was a good bargain, but next time would try the doors on the more expensive models to see if they are a significant improvement.

My new oven works awsome. My DVD players are nice and I like how they interact with my TVA all the applications are nice to have, You can do lots with them. I still haven't had a chance to mount my microwave it's still in its box but soon I will! I like shopping at Best Buys THANKYOU!!

We went with this model because it was exactly the same one that stoped working. Even though the installer said it wasent untell he opeaned the box.
