Customer Ratings & Reviews

I’m really happy with this microwave so far. It heats food quickly and evenly, and the controls are simple and easy to use. The design looks modern and fits nicely in my kitchen. I’ve used it daily for reheating meals and cooking quick items, and it hasn’t given me any issues. It’s also not too noisy, which I appreciate. Overall, great quality for the price and I would definitely recommend it.

I’ve been using this microwave for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m impressed. It heats food quickly and evenly, and the preset options actually work well—especially the popcorn and reheat settings. The design is sleek and fits nicely on the counter without taking up too much space. One small downside: the buttons aren’t backlit, so it’s a little hard to see them in low light. Also, it can be a bit loud when running, but not enough to be a dealbreaker. Oh and I installed myself....GO MEEEEEE! If you’re looking for a reliable, no-fuss microwave with solid performance, this one is definitely worth considering.

This is the second one I’ve had love this microwave perfect size for my home and family easy to keep clean and cook whatever I want in it

easy to use-- fits perfectly-- coordinates with my other appliances

It is beautful. I just had it installed today. I will followup once I have used it. From the test drive it is fine. It appears well made and of good quality.

The best thing I've purchased since sliced bread! Perfect fit & now my kitchen is custom again.

It looks and works great. It adds a whole new feel to the kitchen. No issues so far.

2nd microwave (4th) appliance that I have purchased from Best Buy.

Microwave does not heat fast enough. Had to reheat multiple times

Love my over the oven microwave. Best Buy delivered and installed.

I purchased this Microwave Feb 6, 2024. On Aug 9, 2024, 6 months later, it stopped working and nearly caught fire. This started a weeks long process with Frigidaire that involved me making many phone calls, 2 service visits, lost reports, misinformation, delays, and just general bad business practices. It is now Aug 27, 2024 and I still have no replacement! Worst purchase experience ever! I also purchased extended warranty but Best Buy extended warranty will not cover while item is still under manufacturer warranty. I will NEVER purchase Frigidaire again and I highly recommend no one does!

This microwave works great and heats food evenly and quickly. It’s easy to use, with clear buttons and useful preset options. The size is perfect for everyday meals, and it runs quietly compared to other microwaves I’ve used. Overall, it’s reliable, convenient, and a great value for the price. Highly recommended!

I recently upgraded my kitchen with the Frigidaire over-the-range microwave, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. This appliance seamlessly combines style, functionality, and efficiency, making it an outstanding addition to any modern kitchen. First off, the design is sleek and contemporary, perfectly complementing my kitchen decor. The stainless steel finish looks fantastic and is easy to keep clean. The integrated light underneath the microwave provides excellent illumination for the stovetop, enhancing both the cooking experience and the overall ambiance of the kitchen. The microwave’s performance is top-notch. It features a powerful ventilation system that effectively clears smoke and odors, keeping my kitchen fresh and comfortable. The various cooking presets are incredibly convenient, allowing for effortless preparation of everything from popcorn to defrosting meats. The sensor cooking technology ensures that food is cooked evenly, reducing the guesswork and resulting in consistently delicious meals. Another highlight is the spacious interior, which comfortably accommodates larger dishes and platters. The turntable and adjustable rack provide versatility, making it easy to cook multiple items at once. Additionally, the intuitive control panel is user-friendly, with clearly labeled buttons and a bright, easy-to-read display. In terms of installation, the process was straightforward, and the included instructions were clear. The microwave fits perfectly over my range, saving counter space and giving my kitchen a clean, uncluttered look. Overall, the Frigidaire over-the-range microwave delivers exceptional performance, style, and convenience. It’s a valuable addition to my kitchen that enhances both cooking and aesthetic appeal. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and attractive microwave solution.

I had a lot of problems with a Samsung one I had and decided to get a different brand . So far , everything is good , I love it ,

We purchased this microwave to replace our other similar model. Very easy to install yourself and reliable. The display is brighter than other model and fan is a bit on the loud side, but overall works great,

I've been using this microwave for a month now and just love it. Its beautiful to look at, very user friendly and easy to keep clean. I am hoping to have it for many years as Frigidaire has been a very reliable brand for me. I highly recommend it!

We needed to replace our microwave, this was closest match to size and color we needed to match other appliances. I am happy with it , I liked my other one better but it was discontinued. Doesn’t have a shelf like my last one. Purchase and installation from Best Buy was excellent

Much quieter than my previous microwave and heats more evenly. Only feature I wish it had is two settings for the light that shines underneath. I like that it’s very bright for illuminating my cooktop but wish it had lower setting for when I am not cooking. Also noticed that the door hinge started making clicking sound when opening it after a few weeks. It’s intermittent and doesn’t seem to hamper performance.

Purchased the Stainless Steel. Love the look. Much quieter operation than the old unit. Hi/Lo fan function. Light is either on or off. My old unit had a high and low setting on the light so that takes a little getting used to but this has a nice bright light. Has all the cooking functions i would expect.

The item works great. According to Frigidaire and your knowledgeable staff on the phone the fit over the stove was perfect. The installation team did a swift professional and great job.
