Weird placement of buttons. Setting timer vs cook time is confusing. Does the main job of course but probably better options for less than $50 more. After this purchase, we moved and bought a house with the SAME model in it. The second one in the new house has a display issue where the first digit blinks incessantly. Looking to cough up $250 just to stop the small nuissance in the kitchen. Would definitely not buy again.

Good, but noisy

Looks nice, and has the features I need. I bought this model because I needed a zero clearance door, as there's a wall up against the left side of the microwave. As such Frigidaire is the only manufacturer making these nowadays, from what I understand. Works fine so far. Only thing is I noticed it makes more noise than my much older GE. I'm not about to take it down to see what's up. Hopefully it holds up.

The microwave has been good so far, but we've only had it for about a month. The inside of the microwave has a lot of space, but it's bright white in color. So, I'd recommend buying a plate cover to prevent food from splashing all over it. I would rate it 5 stars, but the process of getting it delivered and installed was a pain. I made arrangements to be home multiple times, and no one showed up. They eventually got it right and compensated us for the trouble. With that said, I felt like they earned the 4 stars.

Cheap amd poor customer service

In a year it broke the door where the handle is atrached. I called frigidaire and they told me i needed to buy the part and pay for them to fix it. The fix it price was almost the same aa buying a new one. So i glied it since ive only had it for a year and i will never buy this brand again.
