    Micro works fine & has needed zero hinge but box did not contain the hanging bracket as required and specified in instructions. I suspect that it may have been a returned item that was resealed without a diligent audit of the content. This impacted the rating.

    I like that this model has a 10 sec. as well as a 30 sec. time option. I'm still teting the power options to figure out which work best for different food. The instruction book is very helpful.
