Customer Ratings & Reviews

perfect! flows very smooth. the different temperature settings are great and the size is perfect- Ive recently purchase a GE and so far this is better. thank you BB & Frigidaire.

I’ve been through the capitalist mill with this product. Received it with two major dents and the third time with a minor dent I decided to keep it but the wireless button doesn’t work and “help” from Best Buy Corporate and Frigidaire is non-exist. Store is very helpful but Best Buy was supposed to contact me and NOPE! It will be a cold day in you know where when I buy another appliance from Best Buy or Frigidaire.

The Frigidaire 10,000 BTU Inverter Quiet Temp Smart Room Air Conditioner is easily the quietest window unit I have ever owned, and the smart features work flawlessly. It cools down my room in minutes and barely impacts my electric bill thanks to the inverter technology. However, it struggles significantly when the weather takes a turn. Every time we get a heavy rainstorm, water starts leaking out from the bottom of the front panel into the room. Luckily, I caught it immediately and put towels down, so there was no water damage to my floor or walls. I verified that the unit is installed with the required outward tilt and that the window seals are fully intact. The issue seems to be that during an intense downpour, the outer drainage system gets overwhelmed, causing rainwater to back up and seep inside the house rather than draining completely outdoors. It is a stellar air conditioner for hot, dry days, but you will need to keep an eye on it and layout a towel whenever a severe storm rolls through. Installed professionally.

Very GOOD ❤️ 100% Great Purchase, Highly Recommended This air conditioner exceeded my expectations. It cools quickly, runs quietly, and is very easy to use. Installation was simple, and the remote control has handy features like a timer and eco mode. Perfect for medium-sized rooms. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks now and have no complaints. Excellent value for the price!

It works great , cools fien my living room and is very quiet

This unit lives to its potential. It is truly silent and cools the room within seconds. Thank you for making the best units work for us.

I’m very happy with this air conditioner. It cools the room quickly and works very well, especially on hot days. It is easy to use, and the controls are simple and convenient. The unit is also relatively quiet while running.

Best AC I’ve purchased!! Fast shipping and easy installation!!! Thanks Best Buy

This AC is exactly what it described. Super quit and a smart AC. I love how I can control the AC from the APP. ITS very quiet and was easy to install.

Sloppy unnecessary noises on a machine that was clearly made to be whisper quite. Probably got a lemon. Cold AC for 250 sq ft trailer.

Ive only used this aaC unit a handful of times but so far i love it. Less noisy than others when on high. On low, it is very quiet

Do not buy it! I no longer powers up. The controle module failed and they no longer make the module. JUNK!!
