Works and cools really well for at least 2 years. After 2 years I had to get another one through my GSP. It blew cold air but not at a strong as it did when I bought it. I would recommend this item to use on a temporary basis. If longer use is required, get the GSP to be able to exchange it out when necessary.

My house is about 1000 sq ft and this air conditioner cools the entire house. Very efficient. Would recommend highly!

This AC cools as stated, very easy to operate, has been set on 62 from the beginning and has worked flawlessly since.

The AC gets nice and cold. It's quiet and remote control helps also.

Looking for strength this is the way to go. Saves great energy on your electric bill for 12,000 BTU's

The room area covered was larger than recommended and it put out a strong flow and cooled it easily to the set temperature. The options on this model are as comprehensive as on the more expensive models, such as thermostatic control, timer, economic running, 4-way air flow, and auto shut off. It was easy to install, but I recommend using a helper.

Bought this unit to get us through a hot summer downstairs instead of spending on central air, Was a bit skeptical that it would cool 550 sqft but we have it cooling our open kitchen/living/dining room plus a hallway and it cools incredibly fast and efficiently. I find myself sometimes turning it off even in 90+ degree heat. Very happy with the purchase.

Got this unit to cool my basement apartment it had the most btu than would fit into a basement window and it works great cools the hold place with ease and it's a very big space, it's a little noisy but works really good

This was heavy and a lot deeper than the previous 5000 BTU I'd had previously. Needless to say it is also a lot more efficient too. So far (2 months( it has worked great and I have no major issues with it. I would like to use the economy setting more often, but at night the change (turning on) makes much more noticeable noise than the fan with the compressor turning on and off. Just an FYI - once you've cut the nylon ties that go around the product, the box lifts off and leaves the a/c unit sitting on the cardboard base, so you don't have to pull it out of the box.

I was not happy it fid not come eith an AC bracket. I was not able to gind one until 3 weekes later. It was difficult to install because it is large and requires more support. Once I hired a professional to install it the AC is great. The time start and stop hrlps keep my home cool with ease.
