The installation was fast and professional. I'm very pleased with the air conditioner and was amazed at how quickly the two men got the job done and got rid of my old a/c.

This works great in my house. My house would get so hot and humid but this product takes all that away and now my house is comfortable on these hot summer days.

Install is easy, but follow the directions. The unit must be tilted up in front at least a quarter inch to ensure proper drainage. I put in in a sleeve, through the wall. It is a little too long for the sleeve so I fabricated a frame, then propped it up using a shim. It looks and works great in my 500sq ft room; no complaints at all.

Has kept us more cool that the unit we had before it (which was twice its size).

Works well, especially since its so hot now.. I had the installer pick up the A/C. They could not find it. It took them 30 minx before they could locate it.

love best buy prices and service this air conditioner is perfect it cool the room could have been a little bigger. but thats my fault but it does the job

This is a great ac! It keeps my big living room and kitchen very cold. Makes a noise every once in a while but other than that great machine.

I basically bought this air conditioning unit to cool down two front rooms of an older house, and it actually cooled down four rooms.....Great Unit

This unit was easy to install and is working well. It is pretty quiet and the energy draw is low.

At its price range this air-conditioner is about as good as you can get ,this is my third unit and it is very reliable and cool very efficiently

Very pleased. Replaced a 20 year old unit that ran almost constantly.

Nice sized unit, not too heavy and fairly easy to install. Comes with a handy remote that allows you to adjust all settings easily. Venting control is limited and only allows the unit to shoot air straight. Considering my placement it prevents me from getting the cool air directly.

The air conditioner is a great investment. It is easy to install in a window by yourself. The controls are very easy for even a child to use

I replaced a similar older unit from a different brand, this unit is much much quieter. Overall, it cools very well and is obviously more efficient than older units. It's not the model/brand I wanted to get but it's done a great job so far.

I have owned this particular unit for over a year now and it does a very good job of keeping our apartment cool (top floor 2 bedroom). We keep it in the dining/kitchen/living area with a rotating fan circulating air down the hall around turns and into the 2 rooms which obviously is too much for this unit. Everyone talks about the great features this unit has and I am not going to argue. The main flaw I noticed was after removing the unit last fall, there was an enormous amount of water and debris inside which spilled onto the floor when I pulled it out. It had last rained a week before and I left it in specifically to dry out. I decided to open the chassis and I found at least an inch of water in the pan along with loads of leaves, bugs, twigs, etc. inside. There are no drain holes on the unit (by design confirmed with Frigidaire Support) and the unit has an air vent on top. So to prevent this from happening this year, my options are to create drainage holes which will void the warranty, seal the top vent or create some kind of make-shift roof to allow air in but keep water out. Again, great unit but an irritating design flaw.

This is a great unit for a small to medium size room. Energy saver mode seems a bit useless though, as it doesn't cool enough.

Very good ac blows very cold only thing is the fan blower is a bit noisy for sleeping but you eventually get accustomed to it

we purchased a 2 units and they work wonderfully, we are happy very happy with the purchase.
