It's MORE than enough for our needs

We were uncertain if it would cool the whole thing satisfactorily. Between adequate insulation and a good air conditioner, it runs a minimal amount of time and keeps the place comfortably cool 24/7

Great unit , it cooled 1200 sq ft no problem

Great air conditioner for a small home.

We chose this one because it was a great price for the amount of BTU;s and also because it is an Energy Star Certified product. We are very pleased with this purchase.

I'm in NYC and the humidity has been terrible the past couple of days but it has felt nice and chilly in here, lol. I'm still getting used to the noise, which honestly would be the only thing I would comment on (its also been a while since I had an a/c in my living room so maybe it's just getting used to that in general)...but other than that, I am quite pleased.
