There's no way to open it to clean it from the inside so I'm just stuck with nasty water no matter how much I try. Please do not buy this!

Love the crushed ice feature we love that. Also 2nsizes of cubes. If i had any complaint i would say the directions about use could be a little clearer, but reread and understand it mow.. i had crushed ice everywhere, lol. My fault i got too anxious.

The unit is not insulated enough so the Ice constantly melts which means if the Ice does not melt together and jamb, when it comes out the ice is soft and not good quality ice. The unit is physically Big, heavy, loud, and the plastic outside looks cheap. The installation/setup manual was terrible and lacked details of water hook up.
